Hello! This is my second post for the day - A Birthday card. The cake cutout is hand-cut from an old card which I decided to reuse.
The ribbons, roses and charm are from my stash. I will soon be sharing a post on how to organize ribbons. I did it last weekend only and believe me, it has made my life so much simpler. So wait and watch out for it.
Since I was not liking the plain white background, I decided to punch out some green dots and stick on the background. And the dots matching the dotted green ribbon is a mere co-incidence. It looks intentional though, but is actually not!
The charm, up & close.

ReplyDeleteI too like to fill empty spaces with punched flowers or dots. I am more in admiration for the way the cake is made from handmade paper. The idea is very appealing .
