Love U, Friend!
Hi ! I have made so many wonderful friends in the blogland and learnt so many new techniques from them. They all inspire me in some way or the other. So my card below is dedicated for all you wonderfull blogger friends. Thanks for being there and for all the encouraging comments.
I will be sending this card to one of my dear friend. [I don't want to reveal her name, coz its a secret for her ;)]
I have used a digi for this card and colored it using water colors. ICR really makes us think hard about the card concept :) And I totally enjoy that coz I am getting to learn new techniques and working on new ideas. For embellishment I used punched flowers, ribbon and buttons from my stash.

Go Green!!
Hey there! I am back with a new card. And the title of this card was suggested by my husband. Lol :)
I made this one little by little in past few weeks. But I m loving it very much. Its one of my first cards for men.
I quilled the key you see on the card. The border of the medallion is made out of my fav border punch.
There is a recycled element in this card of mine as well. The green portion is a cut-out from an old calendar. Seen here is the back portion of the actual design on the calendar

Handmade flower card
This is another card I made using my handmade flowers. In case you missed my other card made using the same flower, do visit this link.
I have kept the card pretty simple. The shaped background is hand-cut from an old calendar. I used punched flowers and some of my potpouri as embellies.
Do let me know how you like the card. Love to hear from you!
I entered this card in the following challenge:

Slider plus pop-up card
I also added a cake pop-up inside the card. This too is inspired by Dr. Sonia's pop-up cards. She is a pro at interactive cards! Do check out her blog: Cards, crafts & kids projects.

ICR Mumbai Crafters meet
Finally we had the first get-together of the ICR Mumbai crafters on 16th July. Incidentally, the gang at Delhi and Bangalore also met on the same day for the first time. The excitement of all the members just cannot be explained in words. We bonded like a house on fire. Everyone had so much to share and so many things to talk about. Paru shared so many tips and tricks that I almost thought of jotting them down on a piece of paper :)
We shared our experiences and our fav craft destiantions in Mumbai.
Neha and Jovita gave us a pleasant surprise by getting some goodies for us. Khyati also got cute little cards for all of us. Paru brought some really gorgeous embossed papers for us.

Pink Card
This is the first time I made an all pink card. I have made cards which are primarily pink but they all did have a dash of other colors like green for leaves, black for sentiment, etc. I made this card for ICRC6 challenge - Pink on Pink and a line from the tic tac toe.
I used ribbon, flowers and butterfly from the tic tac toe.
I used ribbon, flowers and butterfly from the tic tac toe.
Although it might look simple, but this card is a bit complicated. As in you can't just open it simply. Have a closer look! :)
You will need to untie the ribbon...
Unlock the butterfly....
And then open to read the contents :)
So how do you like it guys!! It took me 2 hours to make this card, but I kept thinking the whole day about what to make for this challenge. I am glad I could make this card for the ICRC6 challenge just in time!! :)
